Even though the US is not the leading producer of solar energy in the world, many states are switching to solar power to meet their energy requirements. Solar energy must be tapped into for the generation of electricity for its obvious advantages. Also along with other renewable energy sources solar energy can provide a viable solution for a cleaner future. Pacific Crest Transformers manufactures energy efficient liquid-filled distribution transformers for a wide range of industry verticals.

@TheSteelGeneral you must be retarded ……Solar panels are not effective as the Liberal communist democrats want you to believe……..If solar panels were cost effective wouldn’t you think power companies would of used them years ago? Matter of fact an average life-span of a single solar panel is 25 years……If you factor in the cost, it would cost the average household 25 to 50 years for it to pay for itself…….Do yourself a favor ..quit listening to lying pukes like Al Gore, and Obama

SOLARPOWER!!! NUKE SOLARPOWER!!! NUKE SOLARPOWER!!! NUKE SOLARPOWER!!! NUKE SOLARPOWER!!! NUKE SOLARPOWER!!! NUKE SOLARPOWER!!!

… is what your average RepubliKKKan’t voter is thinking right now. They hate solar power cos they think it’s French(=bad), European (=worse) and treehuggerish (=cowardly), and it doesn’t make LOUD BANGING NOISES, so …
Your typical repuKKKe voter distrust any form of energy that does NOT involve wholesale destruction of nature. They think that’s weak. YAH!

@mitchellglendontan1 if you use firefox then you can download an application called “Unplug”. it lets you download any video from any website.

  5. scott1506 says:

so do you need to have batterys in your home to store power when its not used or does it just roll back the meter?

  6. rethinksolarpower says:

@mitchellglendontan1 What do you want to save it for? I can help you out, but I would like to know what you want to use my video for.

No one alternative energy production scheme is going to provide 100% of your needs this is why you MUST evaluate the resources of your area. For example here in the Des Moines, Iowa area wind is our principle green energy resource followed by sun. There are a few but not many cloudy, windless days. We in the midwest, are considered the Saudia Arabia of wind power generation. When a system is constructed where the components complement eachother then you have the best of both worlds!

  9. fatony26 says:

@captainmorgan789 it costs the same as it normally would to run your utilities. If it rains too much where you are at you might find a generator for a creek if u live next to one or look into wind power.

  10. XdontUworryX says:

    @captainmorgan789 You charge batteries.
If it isn’t sunny, it will most likely be windy.
I don’t think I’ve ever felt a still rainy day.
If you can be creative and clever you can figure out all sorts of ways to create your own energy.
It might not power your whole house constantly without you having to make some minor lifestyle changes concerning how you use electricity, but if you do this you do it for the environment not for yourself and not to “stick it to the man”.

  11. solarcellsforsale says:

Wow !! THATS LOOKS JUST GREAT MAN

  12. 240SSONLY says:

GOOD MAN… NOT MANY KNOW about selling electricity back to the MAN… the reason why there are power outs all the time… is because we suck electricity as much as we produce it from out stations… EVERY HOME SHOULD NOW BE A POWER STATION

go free energy… go green power…. go DC current!!!!!

  13. sunwindproducts says:

    very very basic sunwindproducts

  14. captainmorgan789 says:

what happens if it is cloudy or rains in excess for long periods of time.. does it cost more to draw power from the grid? and to you have “rollover” power?

  15. 68catillac says:

Where do I sign up? Are co-ops in the midwest participating in this?
