Great Video, I’m all about getting into this new green tech and boneing up on allt the info on the Web, Wikapedia, and from the Green Police like you. You might want to suggest the use of a temperature controlled soldering iron. They work much better than a fixed power or adjustable power. Adjustable -temperature- is good, adjustable -power- not so good. It may seem a subtle distinction but it is not.
Small correction: you identified getting the flux flowing as “wetting”.
In fact, getting the solder to bond to the metal is called ‘wetting”.
